On Wednesday Feb 15th, I purchased a pair of Krammer's boots at the Georgetown location in Washington D.C. I am not looking for any kind of apologies, or any special discount or treatment, I would just like for you to take costumer service seriously. I will return the shoes at the nearest store I find, I travel around and outside the country very often and I don't have time to ship them back. As a shoe fanatic I believe that the main and most important reason why I spend so much money in shoes is because I like them to look clean, nice, flawless and like NEW all the time. I think it might have been one of the shoes on display, and I understand you are trying to make a sale, BUT as a costumer, even if it was a store purchase I will never spend my money on something use nor with visible signs that it has been worn. The inside of one of the shoes is MORE than DIRTY, it looks nasty and unacceptable. They look dirty, and you can clearly see it in the pictures attached. From the moment I opened the box, I noticed the shoe box was missing the lid, when I took out one of the shoes I noticed the dirty soles, and clear signs they have been worn and used several times. However, I had never received an order in such bad and unacceptable conditions like the one I received Wednesday night. I have been a costumer of Steve Madden since I can remember, I have always believed and liked the quality and designs of the brand, and I have made countless purchases online and in store. I received my order on Wednesday and I am pretty sure you also received some kind of info showing proof of when my order was delivered. I can provide pictures of the quality issues mentioned if needed. I was disappointed by this but whats even worse is now the rubber sole of the shoe is completely detaching from the shoe! I think its unacceptable for them to be doing this after less than a few months considering they are mostly worn indoors and not outside of their intended purpose as a fashion sneaker. Unfortunately I noticed within a few weeks the leather edge had began to crack and wear away. It looks as if i have owned them for years, but the bottom of the shoe still looks new.Ī few weeks prior to this purchase i bought the ECENTRIC-Q sneaker in black, which i was in love with. I bought the DONDDI-M sandal last month for a vacation and after wearing them ONE time the leather of the strap across the toes has faded in colour and looks terrible. I have been a long time buyer of steve madden products, especially footwear and my recent experiences with the quality has left me extremely disappointed and regretful of my purchases. I will be looking forward to hearing what can be done. I am a daily customer not once have I had such a terrible experience. Not only did I just get a refund I had poor customer service and I was humiliated by the manager. This is the worst and first experience never have I had a problem. All I wanted was to exchange the shoes I was so disappointed. I asked to speak to the manager and she starts laughing simply says " I am the manager my name is Lesly " I told her that's not what I asked for why would she lie to me and waste my time when all she was going to do is give me a refund. I asked her I thought I was exchanging the shoes and even getting store credit back, she simply replied she can't void or do anything about it all I would have to do is call customer service. After she told me in a rude manner once again I just refunded you the money to the card you paid with online. I was told the shoes I was taking were less than the ones I was exchanging them for now I will be taking the shoes plus $20 worth of store credit as she printed out the receipt she told me all I needed to was sign. The first thing one girl told me in a rude manner was " I need the receipts to make sure you bought them online " I answered I bought the shoes online but I have the order number and anything you need for me to exchange them the girl told me I can go check and see if they have the size I was looking for I checked they didn't have any I asked what can I do ? She told me I can choose another pair I said it was fine I grabbed another pair and was ready to exchange the shoes. Here's my problem, I ordered some men shoes online I had to exchange the shoes for a different size as I go inside the store the two ladies were talking excessively before asking what they can help me with I explained to them I bought these shoes online I wanted to exchange them.
